User Agreement

1. Terms
1.1. "User" - any entity, regardless of country of residence, which/who has reached the age of 16, and utilizes materials and services of the Website.

1.2. "Website" - all services and materials that are available online at www.Greati.net.

1.3. "Administration" - internal executive structure, which supervises the Website on behalf of the Project Organizers.

1.4. "The Project's Organizers” - the rightful holders of intellectual property of the Website.

2. Subject of Agreement

2.1 This Agreement defines the terms of Agreement between Users and the Administration.

3. General Terms

3. 1. The use of materials and services of this Website is regulated by the laws of the Russian Federation.

3. 2. This Agreement is a public offer. By accessing this Website, User accepts the terms of this Agreement.

3. 3. Website Administration may at any time unilaterally change the Terms of this Agreement. In case of disagreement with the Terms and changes the User shall cease accessing the Website, and cease the use of any and all materials and services of the Website.

3.4. The administration of the Website reserves the rights to cancel user registration on the Website, as well as the rights to remove any entries and comments without further explanation.

4. User Obligations

4.1. The User guarantees that Users’ age is at least 16 years old. Otherwise, visitors can NOT be acknowledged as Users and are obligated to leave the Website as well as cease the use of any and all materials and services of the Website. 

4.1. The User is aware of and agrees that the Administration of the Website does not provide any paid services, and is under no obligation pertaining to the materials posted on the Website. Likewise, the Website and/or Website Administration caries no responsibility for User solicitations and consequential outcomes, or lack thereof. 

4.2. User acknowledges that all and any acts or omissions committed by the User on the basis of the information received from the Website, is committed solely on Users’ own accord or initiative and NOT under any form of duress. The User is responsible for all actions taken/omitted, including those concerning third parties.  

4.3. The User understands and accepts that information/materials found on the Website are not guidelines or instructions to any actions. Any actions taken by the User after obtaining such information are solely Users’ responsibilities, thus relieving Website, Administration and Project Managers of any and all obligations. 

4.4. The User understands the fact that information contained on this Website is not confirmed by classical academic research and may be contrary to generally accepted scientific findings and dogmas, consequently preventing it from being provided or offered as a service.

4.5. User agrees not to take any action that may be considered as a violation of laws in Russian Federation or any international laws.

4.6. Comments, posts and other contributions made by User on the Website should not be in conflict with the requirements of Russian Federation legislation and universally recognized norms of morality and ethics.

4.7. The User is warned that the Administration of the Website is not responsible for the visits and uses of external resources, links to which may be contained on this Website.

4.8. User agrees that the Website Administration is not responsible for and has no direct or indirect obligations to the User in connection with any possible or encountered losses or damages related to any Website content, goods or services available on or received via the external links to other websites, resources or any other users’ contacts, in which User entered using the information or links to external resources posted on this Website.

4.9 The User accepts the fact that all materials and services of this Website or any portion of it may be accompanied by advertisements. User agrees that the Administration of the Website does not assume any responsibility and shall not have any obligations in connection with such advertising.

4.10. User is barred from the use of resources on the Website for the following purposes: 
- Abasement or humiliation of human dignity as well as discrimination based on gender, nationality, race or religious beliefs.
- Spread the ideology of any of the religious denominations.
- Advertising, mass mailing or spamming, and dissemination of nonsense in accordance with Administrations’ viewpoints and policies. 
- Registering more than one (1) User login from one computer.

5. Website Administration Obligations.

5.1. Website Administration provides all Users equally with free information published on the Internet at the web address specified in Section 1.2.

5.2. The Website Administration is not responsible for accuracy or lack thereof pertaining to the materials posted on Website. 

5.3. Website Administration reserves all rights to deny or refuse access to any User without further explanation. 

6. Other Conditions.

6.1. All possible disputes arising from this Agreement or related to it shall be settled in accordance with applicable legislation regulations of Russian Federation.

6.2. Nothing in this Agreement can be understood as the establishment of agent relations, partnership relations on joint activities, relationships of personal recruiting, or any other relations between  the User and Website Administration, such that are not explicitly stipulated in the Agreement.

6.3. Recognition of any condition of this Agreement invalid or non enforceable by the court does not prove invalid other conditions or parts of this Agreement.

6.4. Immediate inaction on the part of the Website Administration in case of violations of any of the conditions by the Users does not deprive the Website Administration of the right to take appropriate actions later in the defense of their interests and the protection of copyrights pertaining to the materials on the Website protected under the law.

6.5. When citing materials from the Website, links to the Website are mandatory.

User confirms that he/she is familiar with all paragraphs of this Agreement, and unconditionally accepts them.
